Accredited Programs
The Canadian Cardiovascular Society™ (CCS) strives to meet the highest standards in continuing professional development for cardiovascular professionals in Canada. To that end, we offer an exemplary accreditation program. Through our program, we work with innovative partners to develop and deliver relevant and timely interactive programs to our members and the medical community at large, bringing the latest developments on best practices in cardiovascular research and clinical practice. The CCS accredits over 50 programs each year, and is a long-standing recognized accredited provider of Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
Our events are Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the RCPSC. For more information about accreditation, call the CPD Division at 1-877-569-3407, email CPD@ccs.ca
