Heart Failure

The CCS Heart Failure Companion: Bridging Guidelines to Your Practice

The HF Companion is intended to be used as a tool to bridge the gap between guidelines and clinical practice and allow for better integration of HF guidelines. Several key questions brought forth by HF practitioners are addressed, elements and teaching of self-care are described and a new treatment algorithm for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction is included.
